1. Download GTA IV and Install It (Download link Given Below).
2. Download Crack File
3. Extract Using Winrar
4. Open Folder "GTA IV Crack" and Copy Everything.
5. Paste it to the game directory (where the game is installed).
6. Play Game and Enjoy.
